4. Fantasy Sports Contests

4.1 Contest Participation

FantasyMainKing offers skill-based fantasy golf contests where you build lineups based on real golfer performance. Contest results are determined by player statistics and scoring rules outlined in our Point System.

4.2 Lineup Submission

You are responsible for:

• Submitting lineups before contest lock time
• Ensuring lineup validity and compliance with contest rules
• Understanding that lineups cannot be changed after lock
• Accepting scoring adjustments based on official statistics

4.3 Scoring and Results

Contest scoring is based on our published Point System. We reserve the right to correct scoring errors and adjust leaderboards based on official statistics. All decisions regarding scoring are final.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
• Collude with other users or manipulate contests
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share account credentials with others
• Exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, software, and data, are owned by FantasyMainKing and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Data and Statistics

Contest scoring relies on official statistics from third-party providers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but are not responsible for errors in source data. Statistical corrections may result in retroactive scoring adjustments.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature
• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Cancel contests due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances
• Update contest rules and scoring systems

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FantasyMainKing, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Age verification failure
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
